Don’t know what has happened but the pizza was awful tonight! My husband couldn’t even eat the hamburger pizza!! I got the chicken pizza, it was so dry! We won’t be back! 50.00 waste of money!!!! Would not recommend at all!!!
Great pizza and the Tater Kegs were amazing!!

This place is incredibly underrated in my opinion. Great food and service, I’ll admit I have been ordering take out from them for over a year with no complaints and went in person for my first time yesterday. My only complaint is the arcade prices are insane. We would love to support you guys but a $1 a game is highway robbery at its finest. I mean those cards and gaming systems are designed to give tickets for prizes which you don’t have so the least you could do is make it more affordable. I would much rather go to you guys on a Friday night instead of a corporate giant like Main Event. Please consider that recommendation and if you don’t we will still be back, just for the food though.

$24???? What is this? That’s not $24 worth of pizza in any world. Last dollar I’ll spend here. Also, If you do not want people to use a door marked “exit” put a damn sign up. Use the extra money from that sorry excuse of a pizza to pay for it.
Went for lunch today. It would have to have gotten better to be terrible! We will never ever return.

I came with my husband a couple days ago on the afternoon and the ice cold beer was so cold that I had icicles bubbling up. We had a mini pizza together because we had dinner soon, but it was delicious and I knew we will be back, so tonight we came back with my sons so they could have pizza and play in the arcade room. The machine for cards was acting up and so our waiter brought over the manager Erika, who took care of us tenfold, and my sons had a great time and we had a wonderful dinner with ice cold beer.

Sat for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged, 2 employees passed us at least twice each, made eye contact, said nothing. When we did finally ask, the waitress acted like we were bothering her, body language was horrible. As we were leaving, someone came out and tried to apologize, but told us not to be mad. How can we not be mad, we were ignored by 3 employees for over 5 minutes. I have eaten there before, I will never be back and I like their food. I don't know if anyone from Hot Rocks will read this, if you do train your employees to acknowledge paying guests and watch their body language. This experience could explain the empty dining room on a Sunday evening.
