i came all the way of new york city to try this place. i spent my last dime coming to this place and almost did the 5 day walk here. i went with my friend after using the “double booking” method at the capital one cafe next door for 4 hours. i got the smore ice cream and it was really good. honestly probably some of the best ice cream i’ve had in a while. it dripped on the truck floor.
Good ice cream and service.
Damn good ice cream
Baby approved 10/10
Stopped at Country Club Plaza for yummy snack after visiting the contemporary art at Nelson-Atkins Museaum of Art. It was my cousins first visit to both and she immediately started planning our next visit.
Wow their ice cream is delicious! First of all the location of the shop is really nice, it’s in a really cute plaza with lots of other shops and a little grass area with seating so it’s the perfect ice cream place to go to for the whole esthetic experience! Most importantly though the ice cream itself was amazing, we got the strawberry shortcake, cookies and cream and the toasted marshmallow! My favorite was the strawberry shortcake! And the ice cream presentation was so cute!!! 10/10 would recommend you make a stop!
Service is a little slow and the menu is very specific choices, but its very good ice cream. Be prepared to spend a little more, but its worth the price
A cute spot to grab ice cream while walking on the plaza! I got their smores milkshake & it did not disappoint.
I want to like this place and appreciate the creativity, but the service is a major deterrent.
The dining area is filthy and the woman who runs the counter is incredibly rude and condescending.
Two visits in a row, I had to clean the counters, table and seats for our group (I had wet wipes in my bag) because they were sticky and covered in crumbs. We tend to visit in the middle of the week when traffic in the plaza is slow and there is plenty of down time for the staff to keep the shop baseline sanitary.
Lately we've been making the trip to French Custard or Betty Rae's instead, just to avoid the unpleasant service.
Really unique ice cream spot with a mixture of signature items. Overall would say it's reasonably priced and was really good. Only real gripe is they could have a menu outside as it's such a high traffic area the doorway is often crowded.

So good
I was really looking forward to trying this place, but unfortunately, it didn’t quite meet my expectations. The ice cream was a bit too sweet for my taste, and the flavor I ordered was listed with Teddy Grahams, but they weren’t included. When I asked about it, I was told the menu had recently changed and that topping was no longer part of the order. It was a little disappointing, especially since the description hadn't been updated. Hoping for a better experience next time!
Went here with a friend. Cashier was really nice and my root beer float with honey came out good 😊
We were pretty excited about going for icecream after dinner, but something about a worker being in sagging pants show their butt crack, and a crop top with ice cream all over their stomach was quite unappealing.
Wear whatever you want, idc, but maybe be a little more presentable while serving food?
Rude employees. They just looked like they hate there job. Ice cream was way overpriced for what you get. Would not recommend this place.
