One bite, everybody knows the rules. Their Margharita pizza was 6.3 out of 10. What I liked: It was grated tomatoes, that's good. It was baked in their gas pizza oven? What I didn't like: It was super floppy, the tomato was tasteless, like cardboard (this was in December so it wasn't the season but not certain if people eat seasonally in the US anyway). There was not salt, no tang. Overall, I wouldn't go there again.

Pizza was so soggy that when you went to pick up a slice all the toppings would fall off. You’re better off having cheese and crackers at home. Server was nice and place was clean. The food just does not taste good.

Pizzas came out on top of so much liquid. They were beyond soggy. I’ve actually had soup dumplings more dry than this pizza. Incredibly soggy and borderline inedible.
Waitress did not check on us for almost 20 minutes to let her know.

The food and service were excellent. They nailed the Margherita D.O.C. -- possibly the best I've had. We asked the server for a small sample of buffalo mozzarella to sample all by itself. She brought that and some regular for us to compare. This was a huge eye-opener for us getting to taste side-by-side. Buffalo was absolutely delicious -- creamy and full-flavored. It makes a big difference, so order the D.O.C. Margherita for a couple dollars more.

This is a restaurant that I would take every single one of my out of friends too in order to show off Kansas City. The pizza is amazing. The drinks are amazing. The service is always five star. I have yet to have a subpar experience at this restaurant.

Terrific selection of delicious pizzas and many good beer selections. However, customer patience can be required as service can be very slow. The last time my wife and I attempted to dine-in, we were told there was a 30 minute wait...and the restaurant was half empty.
Wonderfully fired pizza with a very authentic feel and flavor. Two pizzas fed three people, wonderful night for a patio meal (highly recommend at sunset). Loved that their staff (at least it appeared to me) dressed however they wanted, added to the unique atmosphere by not being dressed all the same or even same style.
