I've heard from several places that this place has really good cookies. So when I was in this area, I had to try them since I am a cookie lover. I think I got there soon after opening, so my cookies were fresh. I had 4 different kinds as seen in the photo. My thoughts...they were good. But not great. They failed to meet the hype. I don't think they are anything special. They really aren't much better than premade cookie dough you can buy at a grocery store. I could honestly make homemade cookies myself that are just as good, if not better, than these. At nearly $3 per cookie, these are no where near worth it. Again, they were good cookies. But they are nothing special and definitely not worth the price.

One thing that I love about Insomnia, is that it's consistent across locations. The cookies are always fresh and the service is very efficient and friendly. My favorite is the sandwich cookies that are filled with buttercream. Sometimes they can be a bit much, so I love that you can buy dippers (little cookies/frosting combos) or just a side of frosting. I'm a frosting girlie, and they have some of the best. Even though the store is located in downtown Orlando, I've never really had trouble finding parking nearby. It's pretty convenient for a late night snack after an evening downtown.

Stopped in here on a whim, expected the cookies to be comparable to crumble or night owl. I think I actually liked the one I got better than those two other places. It came out of a warmer so it was super warm, super gooey, and tasty. My only thing was that because of how warm it was it was almost too hard to eat out of the bag. I needed to maybe sit and use a fork. I had taken it to walk with. There was no one else there but it was a Monday night in downtown Orlando so that is not shocking. The employee was nice. Will visit again if I'm in the area.

walked in with my girl friends, employee asked if I was bothering them… no greeting or anything. yes I’m black and my friends were white. was told I was “staring at them crazy”…. no apology was made. perfect place for klansmen to get their sugary

Recently had a couple dozen cookies sent as a thank you to a client’s office meeting. Pricing is fair considering quality, reliability, and ease of ordering/checkout. Cookies arrived warm and were delicious. Nothing but positive remarks for this company!Dietary restrictions: Several gluten-free or vegan cookie options available.
I had Insomnia Cookies delivered for the first time recently and my mind was blown. First let me say I had them delivered from Orlando all the way to Longwood and they were still nice and warm. Packaging is great and the website was really easy to use. Now as for the cookies themselves I’m not sure anyone makes a more delicious variety of cookies. I tried 1 of everything they had and they all were excellent. I’m not wild about some of the competitors large thick cookies, I much prefer Insomnias more traditional cookie style. I will definitely be using Insomnia for future occasions.
I ordered 2 cookiewhiches- one with icing, one with ice cream. Was disappointed they sent cookie crumbs and chunks, instead of cookies.

Ice cream was mid worker was rude and served me the wrong ice cream knowing I had asked him for cookies and cream and he gave me mint choc chip. I guess he just wanted to make some money for the night.

Out of lots of things. I ordered the Freddy Fazbear cookie pizza and it was not ready at my pickup time. I had to wait several minutes for it to be decorated. I felt bad for the employees because it looked like there were only two running around doing everything. While I waited, a girl came in trying to order cookies but was told they were out of what she wanted, so she just left. When I finally got my order, it wasn't in its proper box, and I was told they were out of those boxes (My family only wanted this to take pics with the cute box). I would not have even ordered this had I known. I was very disappointed and will not be back.

I’m so sad, because the gluten free cookies are some of the best cookies I’ve ever had. Unfortunately, last week I ordered through DoorDash 8 gluten free cookies (not a lifestyle choice but indeed an allergy) and when they got here I noticed there was one single what looked like white chocolate macadamia cookie in the mix. I called to clarify and indeed a NON GLUTEN FREE cookie had been added to my box because they were out and wanted me to have all 8 cookies. While I understand it was nice to include all eight, I’m upset that it was done without heed to my allergy. If I hadn’t called to clarify and just left my trust in “well it says gluten free so I assume they will put all gluten free in here”, I could have ended up in the hospital, as my throat does close on ingestion of gluten.
To expensive for the quality that the offer.
