One thing that I love about Insomnia, is that it's consistent across locations. The cookies are always fresh and the service is very efficient and friendly. My favorite is the sandwich cookies that are filled with buttercream. Sometimes they can be a bit much, so I love that you can buy dippers (little cookies/frosting combos) or just a side of frosting. Stopped in here on a whim, expected the cookies to be comparable to crumble or night owl. I think I actually liked the one I got better than those two other places. It came out of a warmer so it was super warm, super gooey, and tasty. My only thing was that because of how warm it was it was almost too hard to eat out of the bag.
