Good place to try some Whiskey. I had a flight of their whiskeys and bought a bottle of their blend. They offer tours and have a room filled with the history of the area. Definitely a place to visit.
The tour was informative and entertaining đź‘Ź the taste samples were the perfect amount. We were both a bit tipsy and went to the restaurant above for a late lunch after the tour to absorb some of the alcohol before driving back to our hotel.
J. Riegger & Co. hosted beautifully. The drinks and food were amazing, the service friendly and attentive, the historic setting awesome.
The occasional train rumbling by added to the industrial feel, it's a place where work happens. The centerpiece of the place being a giant working still, pretty cool.
