I was in a real pinch when my office order I placed got lost in the shuffle with another sandwich chain. I called and needed 40 boxed lunches ASAP. They made it happen! I was quoted 1 hour maybe a little bit longer if they had to but.... it arrived in less than an hour! THANK YOU! We all loved the sandwiches and the slaw! The homemade chips! Everyone loved the food, it was so fresh and yummy. The side sauces for the sandwiches.... DELICIOUS.
What an amazing company with outstanding Customer Service! I mistakenly had them deliver 45 boxed lunches on the incorrect day and thought I was stuck with all this food that would go to waste.
The local manager called me directly , heard about my situation and offered to replace the lunches at 50% their cost even though the mix up was entirely my fault. I'll be using them for many more of my events!

Grandma's Office Catering offers consistently great food and service with a variety of fresh options. Their fruit bowls feature a surprising range of fresh fruit. Catering arrives on time, and the food is always fresh and delicious. Customers praise the homemade chips and the garlic aioli. The pasta salad is awesome, and the sandwiches are the best ever. Buns are soft. This place deserves 5 stars. Grandma's Catering is used multiple times a year for team member lunches and dinners. The service is always outstanding.
