I picked up my desert and I must say the manager gave excellent customer service. This is the best bbq place and the desert is always on point. I love this place…… the one I ate at was the plaza

Recommended by locals and my God they were right. The ribs were to die for, and the dips were super tasty. The drinks were very strong, and staff is always checking on you if you need anything. Will definitely go back.

Server wonderfully accommodated large party over 25. We ordered a big portion of the menu including desserts. All were outstanding. Server was really pleasant

We ordered a catering meal for 20 people. Food was on time and fresh. To make it better the owner personally answered his cell phone and accommodated a last minute order! Highly recommend

Valentine’s Day is usually a wait for a table kind of night but tonight my husband walked in to Jack Stack BBQ in the Plaza. Tyler found a table in the bar for our party of 3 and Scott gave us exemplary service. We ended the fabulous meal with crème brûlée and brownie with ice cream! The complete meal was on point. Almost forgot-definitely try the cucumber jalapeño margarita!

The young lady that brought out my food was very pleasant kept a smile on her face. They were very busy for a Friday and she still came out. greeting me asked me. If I needed anything else and make sure if I need any silverware? I just thought she was very pleasant due to the fact that they were very busy and she was such in good spirits, so thank you.

The food and drinks are amazing and it was so good, it gave us goosebumps. The restaurant was too loud. Service was just okay.
We had two servers that were nice. Unfortunately, even with two servers, the service was only okay. They dropped the food and ran, they only checked on us once and we had to ask another server, that was not ours, for something. We had to wait forever to ask for our check.
We had the 3 onion rings for an appetizer, that are delicious with great sauces; the house BBQ sauce and house made ranch. The local beer and tropical Paradise drinks are great
The main course was the cue for two: Roundup. Everything was phenomenal; baked beans, cheesy corn, pork ribs, pulled pork, burnt ends and turkey. Everything was moist with great flavor. You don't need to use the BBQ sauce but it is delicious too. Unfortunately, the coleslaw wasn't edible with a heavy amount of a spice that they put in it.
We tried the carrot cake. It was warm so it threw us off but it was amazing.

Loved this place! Great vibe. Food was good some of the best baby back ribs I’ve had in a long time, the beef burnt ends were dry and not the best but overall great experience.
