Food was good, and the service was also very good! Now my problem, it is expensive for what you get, my son ordered a seafood paella and it only had a couple of mussels and 3 shrimps, but if you see the photo from their website it is full with seafood, not the case.

The Campechana was amazing! We also got the ceviche and I can attest it’s one of the best if not the best in KC! The portions are a bit small but well worth it. Service was exceptional and they have a great cocktail bar.

This is an Italian restaurant now and the food and service was excellent.

I'm actually blown away by the flavor here. The margaritas were PERFECT, the Diablo shrimp appetizer had the perfect kick and I cannot recommend the chipotle shrimp enough. Colin, our server, was so wonderful! 100% will be back!

If you love fish, you will love jarocho! We discovered it around 7 years ago and have not turned back since! It's a lovely place with great people!

The worst seafood restaurant ever been, I ordered fried red snapper. fish has no flavor at all and so dry. They charged us $3 for asking extra lemon.

The food was great. Our server was able to recommend a few dishes as we only knew one item we wanted for sure.

We mostly enjoyed the food, and the service was good. We thought it was expensive for what we got. Shrimp cocktail with stale crackers, steak fajitas, one Coke, and one water about 62.00 with tip.

I have had this spot on my wish list for a while now. I'm so glad I finally tried it. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff is friendly. We were greeted right away, ordered drinks that were delicious. We ordered oysters, and they were good. I ordered the elotes which I love but it was very spicy, be careful my friend loves spicy so she enjoyed it. She ordered the whole fish and it was so good, she even gave me the eye. I ordered seafood paella, and it was delicious. This is a must try spot, and they have 2. You will be pleasantly surprised how amazing their seafood is so far inland!

The food was good, but be prepared to be nickled and dimed. Our server was very friendly and she did a great job keeping up as the only server. Now the bad. A 3.5lb, $70 fish came with two small containers of sauce. There’s an up charge for an extra container, so we had to eat the last part of the fish without sauce. They have no vegetarian entree options on the menu, but the chef said he could put peppers and onions on a cheese quesadilla. If I had realized that I would still be charged for a steak quesadilla, I would have passed and grabbed something to eat on the way home. I paid $22 for a quesadilla with a few strips of onions and peppers. It was good, but not worth the cost. Plus, it left us all with a nasty taste in our mouths .Vegetarian options: Severely lacking in vegetarian options.

This isn't the first time I've been here. Really probably my third, but I love this place. It's a small restaurant, nice on the inside. Your greeted as soon as we walk in and seated immediately. It's a small restaurant, but has an intimate atmosphere. The service was great. Our waitress Lesly and her trainee (I'm sorry I forgot her name ) were great and very helpful. We had two of the new appetizers. The fried soft shelled crabs and the grilled stuffed oyster. They were so good. I'd definitely get it again. For our entree we had the stuffed trout, which is always good, and the Jarocho Seafood which is new amazing. I could drink the broth out the Jarocho seafood by itself . Great place for a date or family night. Can't wait to go back
