Joy Wok Super Buffet and Hibachi

Me and wife enjoy this place so much the food is fresh and hot..service of the staff is impeccable and the cost is efficient. Wife said this is the only Chinese restaurant she'll eat at on the side of Bamboo in opks. Excellent service and delicious

I was amazed coming in here!! Brand new and super clean. Huge selection of fresh and delicious food. Awesome sushi bar, dumpling station and hibachi station. This place is definitely worth a try. It’s way above your average Chinese buffet. We’ll be coming back for the crab leg nights!

We had a party of 15 ppl who all went to pay before they left. After a few people left the waiter approached me and asked did they pay. I said yes and he went to check with the front registers, confirmed they paid. When I was the only person left at the tables and last one to pay he kept approaching me to see if I had paid but I was still eating. Never going back to this place.

I came there for lunch to get a buffet to go. I stood there for five minutes in front of the cash register while the cash register person or manager, who is standing in front of me, never acknowledged me but talked to everybody else that were the workers there and even turned her back on me as I was just trying to pay for a buffet to go. I have never been disrespected so much before in one place at one time by one person. Definitely would not recommend

NO AIR CONDITIONING IN BUILDING!!!!!
Not sure if its intentional to get people to leave faster or if they are just cheap. We've been 3 times since summer and they have not fixed the AC
Miserably hot makes for a miserable meal.
Fix the AC and we will change review!

Excellent buffet in the area. The moment I walked in, I was impressed by the elegant decor and the spacious, clean layout of the dining area. The variety of dishes and quality offered was truly impressive. From the beginning to the end, there was always something to satisfy my palate. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a satisfying and enjoyable meal.

Calamari seemed a bit over done, it was chewy. Egg drop soup was great. They have a build your own area. They do have tip jars at various station like the build your own and the sushi bar. Crab legs go quick! Lots of vegetable choices, steamed asparagus was good. Good variety at the salad bar. Ice cream station had many choices. The server was very nice and quick. She never let our drinks go empty! The noise volume is high, if you are looking for a quiet place, this isn't it. It's a great place to meet a group and they can accommodate large parties.

Parking: There is additional parking around back.

Kid-friendliness: Lots of families with children every time. They have a large variety of foods to serve even a picky palette.

It’s semi cute. The bathrooms are nice. However the food tasted old, there were a bunch of fruit flies, the waitress kept staring at us and made our daughter feel very uncomfortable. The silverware was dirty. There is potential.

Terrible customer service, slow

Came today for the crab legs although they were abundant, they were bland like they had no bay seasoning at all on them and it was only the two legs and a claw they didn’t have full clusters so these are the leftover crab legs that people buy in bulk that are not full clusters The rest of the Chinese food was pretty decent and the service was good
