We have been patrons several times in the past, but it's been awhile and things seem to have changed—unfortunately, for the worse. Didn't have ingredients to make cocktail on their menu, got our entrees before our salads, filet was over done. Crème brûlée was good. Staff seemed to be unorganized; did not seem like cohesive team.; perhaps they were new? I've heard there are new owners, is so, hopefully they will improve overtime.
My wife and I reserved this table just a few days before Valentines Day. We pulled up about 10 minutes before our reservation. It was overly packed but you immediately smell the open kitchen in the back. The ambience is beautiful and everyone is enjoying conversation. We ordered salmon cakes and I got an old fashioned. They could definitely give you more salmon cakes and liquor in the drink bc they only give you 3 and my drink was really hitting, but they were the cakes were the best thing we ate. We then ordered the Short ribs and the pork chop. They were good. Pork chop really needed the cherry “cousis” which is really just a fancy smoky barbecue sauce and the Short ribs was delicious just a really small portion. Overall the service was great they accommodated our every request with our table settings and how we wanted our food. Good place 8 of 10
It was my wife's birthday tonight. They forgot even though I made a note of it. I even made her wait 15 minutes after I paid. They also forgot her Caesars salad. They were not even busy since I purposely made a 5pm reservation. Thank you for forgetting. We decided not to order dessert for that reason. It's sad because my wife had a lot of special memories there and it's obvious it's not run the way it had in the past. I know it's a busy day which is why attention should be paid to those with birthdays because they're used to being overlooked - thank you for reinforcing that.
Valentine's Day dinner. Great overall experience. Good food. Great service. The manager came to our table to make sure everything was good. We will definitely be going back.
Food was truly very well done. Perfectly cooked fillet. The deserts were truly elevated. Quality of the food was way above the price point. A true value. If you want perfectly cooked food with amazing from scratch ingredients go here.
The food was very good, great service. Love the environment and the booth we got. It definitely was the fort time of many!
The food here is always fantastic. The price points for food and wine are very reasonable, which is why Grand Street is always one of our go to places to dine - lunch, dinner or Sunday brunch.
We had a wonderful evening last night. Kyle was our Server, and he did an outstanding job!!! The food was delicious!! A beautiful evening indeed!!
Grand street was the perfect date night. Easy access from the tram(streetcar!?). Food was delicious. Staff was on point. Seemed to be an older demographic but that's OK for a nice dinner
the food was delicious but the pricing for the brunch was very strange. Everything was $22 whether it was a pancake or a prime rib omelette. we didn't have the appetite for the $32 all-you-can-eat brunch deal, but it would be nicer if the non-buffet items were priced accordingly.

Food was great and service was even better! We got some appetizers and split an entree which was plenty of food!
I thoroughly enjoyed the turkey sandwich and so did others in the group. Our waitress was #1 in my book as she knew exactly when to come to the table and when not to. Kudos to the servers too! Thank you for the great employees you hired including the chef!
Grand Street - Plaza is what I call a "count-on-able" restaurants that you can take relatives, friends or business associates to and be assured of an enjoyable, delectable and service oriented experience. Mostly, my husband and I can run in for a low-key, mid-week dinner and excellent glass or bottle of wine. I have been dining here since they opened and feel it personifies a worthwhile dining-out experience.
This is often a go to favorite of ours. Food service is quick, generally and wait staff, friendly. Last night we ate outside which accounts for my noise level review of quiet. Very peaceful atmosphere.
Fabulous! Outdoor patio was charming, quiet, lovely music and the exact dining experience I love! 💕
