This restaurant cane recommended from friend. KC Taco is a can’t miss stop if you are in KC. Simple overview. Stopped in the early afternoon. It was quiet in the restaurant but I was quickly greeted and sat in the bar area. My server was friendly and recommended several options. I went with the Birria tacos and Street corn. The birria tacos were superb. The meat was so tender and there wasn’t any of those mystery gristle nuggets of fat that are often found in the meat....

Being from Texas I’m serious about my Mexican cuisine. They surpassed all expectations. We stared with the queso, shared the Tinga chimi and street corn. Also had Blue Agave margarita. Our server Kameron was delightful and very attentive!
