Employees were good but short handed, though the cooking equipment looked like none of it had been cleaned in week's
Went with the Long John Silvers drive thru side of the menu. Pulled over to the side to wait, an employee brought the food out and was hot and fresh!

Definitely not fast—each and every time, they are out of chicken and say it will be a 15 minute wait. However, when your food does arrive, it's obviously not fresh. I suspect the employees have found an easy way to avoid work. Most customers leave when they are informed of the wait.

Terrible sloppy restaurant. Incredibly slow and the food looks unappetizing and the staff doesn't seem to know or care what they are doing. I had to get a refund on my meal because after waiting 15 minutes the food was so poor I could not eat it.
It was just ok. Cashier was there. No smile, barely looked up from his phone. No cheese for the famous bowls. Manager was friendly and food was hot.
Y'all shouldn't be getting no star! I went around 8:20-8:30 or so. I sat at the drive through for two minutes which is fine! But you never asked if I was ready to order. Then I said hello and as soon as I did the guy said go ahead with your order *with the biggest attitude* then when I was ordering he kept interrupting me and saying hello. So finally I went to drive off and go find somewhere else to eat as my boyfriend said no go inside bet his attitude will change then so we went inside Kyle said I noticed there was an issue with the intercom so we came inside to order our food. The guy at the window taking orders said “no she wasn't saying anything and I kept saying hello†my boyfriend then says “you didn't even acknowledge that she was at the drive through till she said hello and as she was ordering you kept hollaring and interrupting her so you couldn't hear her†worker told my boyfriend to “watch how he is talking to him, he doesn't know him like that†then said he will rewind the tapes and my boyfriend said do it it will prove you wrong. So worker said that he is gonna hold his temper looking at my boyfriend and my boyfriend got even more mad telling him yeah watch you temper. As we were leaving the guy tried following us out and some lady told him to go back inside. You guys... I'm 9 months pregnant. I just wanted mashed potatoes and popcorn chicken..... I had to keep repeating my order to him and ended up just going home hungry! I am not by any means a rude person and neither is my boyfriend and he doesn't get mad like that but the way he was talking to me set something off with my boyfriend.
By far the worst KFC I went to.. The service is poor then to hear them say they don't have biscuits because the stove is broke I would thought this place would of been very convenient because I stay down the street but now I have to go to a different one and this is not the first time I had I problem with this KFC I just thought it was a bad day but today over did it you pay your money to get bs and poor services. So Sad
Terrible service and slow. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone living. Employees were rude and looked like they hated their jobs and didn't give 2 craps about their customers. They should get rid of everybody and start over with staffing. I don't ever write a review on businesses but it needed to be said that this is the most poorly run KFC/Long John's I have ever encountered in my life.

Horrible service from the moment you walk in. But then again if I was poor and uneducated and going nowhere in love I'd hate my job too, I presume, because what other excuse do these employee's have to be so rude and dismissive. They were out of an item that came with our orders, instead of asking if they could substitute it with something else they didn't tell us it was going to be missing for my order and when I asked about it they offered me a jalapeno pepper. Wow thanks
Always very nice and friendly. They give extra pieces if they feel a piece is too small
They never have fish, and it comes out burnt after they make it. I was once told through the drive-thru that I needed to come inside and use cash. That made me assume they were being robbed. Today, I returned the wrong order once and eventually got home with half-full sides and none of the condiments that I asked for. The only bright side is that, because this food is so unhealthy, this location is good for my health, because I'll be skipping it from now on.
It's hard to believe that this place hasn't been shut down by the Health Board. The place seriously Lacks in the cleanliness Department. They were out of many things and very slow to serve. Customer service wasn't quite as bad as other reviews have said. If they hadn't run out of things that they shouldn't run out of and had the things that they should have, as well as cleaned the place more thoroughly, the review probably would be much higher. with better management and training they could probably turn this place around. That said this is probably the worst KFC/LJS I've ever been to. I won't be coming back.
The service is always so very slow. It seems to be slightly improving as long as it isn't busy. Customer service training doesn't appear to be a priority. Don't go close to closing (within 30 minutes) because they will often be out of certain pieces of chicken and they will not usually make more.
