WOW we loved this place, popped in after dinner at Voltaire (which was amazing) and, played pool, shot the shit with the chef and owner Justin and had overall the best time. These people are down to earth and fun. This bar is really the epitome of a KC dive bar, all the community, pool, and drinks you could want. We’ll be back!!

Changing my review, previously had given them a bad review for mysterious closing for a long time. I’d been there many times to try to catch it open but that wasn’t the case. Finally have gone twice and the chicken burger was one of the best I’ve had! Pool table is a nice Valley table too. Not the newest but definitely up to par compared to most dive bars. Games are a dollar and the drink price is reasonable, worth visiting!

A great dive bar. Very hip, great vibe but honestly come for the smash burger which could be the best in KC. The fries are perfectly crunchy but soft, and not crinkle cut they are normal fries! The burgers are juicy and tasty. I love this spot and kitchen is open late! The chicken sandwich is spicy but I just ask for no hot sauce it’s manageable. Highly recommend!

I 🖤 Lucky Boys. It’s our favorite neighborhood bar. The staff is friendly, drinks are affordable, and the food is fab. I appreciate that it’s not pretentious and my favorite part is the curated velvet paintings along the wall!

We stopped in because someone recommended the burgers. Not much of a beer selection, so we ordered and they offered to carry our food across the street so we could have a beer. That was a very nice gesture and the burgers were amazing!

One time I had a crushed beer on the counter I was so thirsty for another- and the bartender (Nate) asked if I would like another in an ever productive tone, WHILST he back handedly smacked my empty beer can with such grace into the trash can behind him. All around amazing experience, thank you Nate and all the lucky boys crew.
