I received my meal and was very disappointed to see stickers with food dates on it where the macaroni and baked beans have been made the 16th and here it is the 20th it was cold when I received it so it did not get microwaved was not fresh the banana pudding was an absolute joke that's all it was was literally pudding with three vanilla wafers on top very disappointed with my meal

Very rude & POOR customer service. I attempted to place an order over the phone for pickup, and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. Once someone finally got back on the phone it was a very impatient man with a horrible attitude, and he ended up canceling my order and said to come in instead because of the long line as if I did something wrong when trying to make sure my order was correct and asked for the total, given that it was kind of hard to understand what they were saying. Don’t waste your time here.

The food was good. We ordered ahead of time but still had to wait a bit. However, the food was hot and fresh and the place was getting packed. Highly recommend it.

The fish is only seasoned when you get lemon pepper, I dont like that on my fish, but that doesn't mean I dont want any seasoning... They need like some Louisiana fish fry or something...

Rude customer service. On my last order on 5/17/2026 @7:10 or so... My order was missing 2 pieces of catfish... Only received the wings.. I REALLY BELIEVE THIS WAS DONE ON PURPOSE. THE YOUNG LADY CALLED OUT NUMBER 10 ... TELLING ME THAT WAS MY ORDER.. IT SHOW HER MY TICKSAID 103 AND SHE LEFT WITH THE WALK OF SHAME.. SHE CALLS MY ORDER 2 MIN LATER ONLY FOR IT TO BE MISSING WHAT CAME FOR WHICH WAS FISH.. THISCWASVRIGHT B4 CLOSING SO WHEN I GOT HOME THE WERE CLOSED. I WILL BE CALLING 1ST THING TOMORROW.

I got the chicken wings and 8 large shrimps the shrimp was small they are not 🚫 large at all overall the taste was on point I will shop there again because of the taste but not the shrimp and the sides are a very large portion
