We ordered from an app that apperently was to have us pick up a bag off the doughnuts that didn’t sale. My wife was very excited to try this new app out and get us sweets for our family thanksgiving tomorrow she went at scheduled time between 9:45 and 10:45 and 1st she was very confused where this location was even located no lights on so she came all the way back home and then I drove all the way over from kck so 2 trips 15 minutes plus each way or more to a closed donut shop that apperently sells donuts online they an app and wastes people time and money . Even a refund doesn’t fix the stress of the entire situation do better . Don’t sell thru that app and then be closed. People come to pick up your supposed food Very disappointed all around SCAM

The Decor and setup of the Trolly is very cute and aesthetically pleasing. Nothing prepared me for the condescending cashier. My friend told me she saw a Cinnamon Roll on the menu but we quickly learned it was just cinnamon roll flavor. I did not review the full menu so I just took what she said at face value and ordered. We were met with: “Cinnamon Rolls? We don’t have that. Where do you see that at???” He held up the menu at that point. I pointed to the area. He said: “That’s not a cinnamon roll it’s a cinnamon roll flavor. So where do you see cinnamon roll at?” My friend said okay to the cinnamon roll flavor. He then went on condescendingly: “This is gluten free. Do you need Gluten Free?” As if she was forbidden to get gluten free despite not having a gluten allergy. It wasn’t just us. Customers were walking to order through the window from outside and he told them “You can come on inside” with an attitude like they were beneath him. Why is there an option to order from the window if everyone HAS to come inside to order? He spoke to everyone very impatiently. I was not rude to him at all during the interaction so I was confused on his tone and why he simply could not have said: “You must be referring to our gluten free donut that’s cinnamon flavored. Would you like to try it?” Instead of bringing the entire menu to our faces like children, and I wouldn’t even treat a child that way. He also stated the donuts were made in a different location and brought there to sell. So the donuts are NOT fresh. The glazed donut I had was something I could easily buy in stores. I DO NOT recommend.

This place is fantastic! the coffee and treats are delicious--I was a little nervous to try the gluten free options as someone with celiac, but they are brought in from a seperate establishment to avoid cross contamination. The gentleman behind the counter is also so sweet, I'm new to the area and he told me about other great gluten free options in town 😊

Great donuts. They have vegan donuts for pre-order!

We swung by here for a doughnut today and some tea. The tea was amazing and the service was fantastic.

You know it’s good when a google guide like me eats everything before even taking a pic. lol.

I’ll go back next week and I promise some pics of the doughnuts.

We had a couple Long John’s, which brought back childhood memories.

The old street car bus is so cool and a great idea for an eatery.

The staff was attentive and helpful.
