I got the mocha and chocolate long John. It was very good, you did need to add sugar packets to the coffee if you didn't want it black. Overall the vibes are nice, the inside is very cool, and historical. I also have to say that they play music, but not all of it is family appropriate.Wheelchair accessibility: none

My new favorite place!!! The donuts here are incredible, the shop itself is so cute/unique, and the staff is so kind! Rick is the best, he helps me with my donut selection almost every weekend now. Couldn't recommend Donutology more!!!

I went to check out the River Market location for Donutology and was not disappointed!They renovated an old trolley into the cutest donut shop!I’m not super adventurous with my donuts so I got a cake donut with white icing. Fresh and delicious!I also got the Jelly Donut Martini ( they serve alcohol after 2pm) which was a decent blend of sweet and tart. Adding the sprinkles definitely helps with the sweet flavor.

Overall the donuts were sub par compared to the price (I except something well above average for $50+), and the service was on the same level.First the donuts which can be summed up with this, we purchased a donut being sold as a “Bismark” that had NO filling. Other donuts also lacked flavor, and texture.Second, but the biggest complaint was with the service. We purchased a standard dozen and asked for a cinnamon roll as part of the dozen. We were then told we needed to buy a donutology dozen to have a cinnamon roll as part of the dozen. Okay fine, so we purchased the donutology dozen, asked for a cinnamon roll, and were told they were out. Looking back I wish we would have saved ourselves the trouble and asked for a refund right then and there.

Bismarcks weren’t filled, service was pretty abismal. The cashier was just trying to get us out the door and misled us about what donuts would be available until after we paid.
