Ordered the Mushroom and Swiss daily special and it was delicious! Love the added flavor from the flame grilled burger and everything is cooked fresh to order. Had an opportunity to chat with the owner while my order was being cooked. Incredibly nice and welcoming gentleman who is proud to have served his community for so many years. He shared that he's been at this location for 40+ years and expressed his appreciation for me stopping in. What a wonderful experience and I love that I was able to support a locally owned business over a chain restaurant. I'll definitely be back!! Thank you Max for a wonderful experience!!

It’s very expensive for cheese burger but it was decent The service sucked we ordered 80 dollars worth of things and was locked out before we can finish our meals wasn’t offered any ketchup or mustard at the table we had to grab bottle from another table outside from others that left. We wanted to refill our drink and was told only 1 refill but we was first locked out I had to knock on the door because I needed a Togo bag I needed 3 bag the guy gave me only one and locked plus out angin definitely won’t be back here

Max's is exactly what you expect in a Burger spot. The burgers are amazing, the Gyros are delicious. Would recommend anyone to come and try one of the best burger spots on Wornall. Does offer inside and outside seating if your prefer that.

Very expensive for the quantity and quality although it was a decent tasting burger. The onion rings were amazing. Very small area . Wouldn't eat inside. Floors look like they haven't been cleaned since the snow storm. My husband said the lemonade was nasty. I might stop by one day if I'm in the area for some onion rings only.
