I went today 12/4 on my lunch at 12:40pm the manager was so rude I don’t recommend going to this McDonalds if you don’t want to be bitched at because you asked one question I asked for Mac sauce because they sold them last time and she said I could only have one and I said yeah I only want one and then she said I had to buy a meal and I already did that it’s sad how some places are ran.

It's the McDonald's on 6996 Eastwood trafficway could get 1 order Right Id be happy. But they don't know how to read or they can't sepak English idk but when you order a plain hamburger EVERY DAY. You'd think they would give you a plain hamburger. But nooo they always give us condiment's or a cheeseburger. As if they don't know how to read or speak English. I'm not trying to be rude but being completely honest, they all need fired! But no one wants to work for Bs pay, McDonald's. They might care more if your billion dollar company would pay them more. So it's not the location's fault it's actually the corporate's fault. Make your managers manage or pay your employees more

They continue to mess up orders. They put people on taking orders who have trouble understanding English then to top it off they have shift managers that don't know how to expo properly. I have had orders missing items, the items were made wrong, sauces forgotten, straws forgotten and many more mistakes... trust me just go to a different location if you really want mcdonald's...

Can never get drinks right. Like they don't understand light ice in a drink, and unsweet tea, always 99% of time it's wrong.
This place never answers… You literally have to go back to the store if you have an issue with your order. Busy or not, the phone should be answered.
