Ordered my food on door dash n they keep telling my dasher it's not there I know what I ordered

The lady at the drive thru she works taking peoples orders (went on Friday at 1:00pm),didn’t get to see her because we drove off because of her attitude she was very rude and disrespectful yelling at another customer then yelling at my bf saying she couldn’t hear him even though he was speaking loudly. Maybe if she wasn’t yelling she could hear better. He was waiting for second code to load for pickup order and she rudely said, “I got other customers! Then clicking to other line saying I’m not waiting.” If you don’t want to work involving people or work at fast food period choose another job there are plenty out there. Just because you’re having a horrible day doesn’t mean take it out on kind people. Respectfully she should watch her mouth because most people won’t be as patient and understanding. I refuse to give my money to a place when workers are being disrespectful they could EASILY be disrespectful with my own food.

Worst McDonalds in Kansas City.. maybe even all of Missouri....ordered a small caramel coffee on app and it took 20 mins to get...not to mention workers were arguing in the kitchen and one cussed out a driver at window..just a mess at this location...not.coming back!

So I ordered something and didn’t get what I order, didn’t get straws or butter with my meal also the woman that took my order was rude. They never have iced mocha!

Restaurant is ran by kids. Constantly forgetting stuff, and hasnt improved in a year ive been here. Goto any other location, if you want the correct items in your order. Need a whole new crew at this location lol

This location is a waste of time if you want ice cream/milkshakes. Better to spend your money elsewhere.

First time at this location. Although it was full the service was great and fast. The food was hot and recently made.

The lady at the counter was rude

On the morning of March 17, 2025 I visited to get an Egg McMuffin and large decaf coffee. The Black woman with colored hair told me “We don’t put equal in the coffee” and tossed the equal packets on the counter. Then she gave me a medium coffee. When I returned home I was not a bit surprised to see she had given me a sausage McMuffin, not an egg McMuffin. I’ve been going to this McDonald’s after the gym to get some carbs since February. This is the first time someone goes out of their way to tell me they don’t put equal into the coffee. (But they put the cream in the coffee?? Make it make sense, Jan.) This review is mainly about the employee with colored hair who works I think Monday - Wednesday morning. She also put sugar in my coffee last week. Anyway great food just don’t put a lot of faith in the colored-haired woman. She seems a bit pressed and stressed at her job.

Went in there and bought a coffee and hot chocolate. They gave me milk water. The worst place horrible

This is the only McDonald's I go to granted sometimes the ice cream machine doesn't work but that burgers are fresh and they are not dry The place is clean the service is fast fries are always hot The burgers are always juicy in fact I'm going to go there now I'll talk myself into going to the best McDonald's in Kansas City five Star rating hands down the best McDonald's for food quality quick service and clean atmosphere.
