I went to my neighborhood McDonald's, like I do every a.m, to get my Cappuccino and coffee for my husband today. The lady fixing the coffee did not put the lid on. When the kid at the 2nd window handed it to me, it spilled all over my fingers, hands, a little on my lap and down the outside and inside of my car. This has to be the worse McDonald’s in the KC metro. Place a mobile order, i was charged for mobile order, then when picking up, they said we dont honor app orders here. Refused to refund money. Said to call customer service, had no phone number. Oer better yet the manager saidcall tour bank and say refuse to pay.
