this and McDonald's by truman and prospect is the absolute worst. the lines take forever and your order is almost always wrong. Last night we got 1 mcdouble patty on our quarter pounders. it's pointless to complain Because it will take another 30 minutes to get a refund. And definitely don't send the food back. The service is bad, there an untrained employee at the window. He didn't give us are drinks. He told us to park at 3rd window. After waiting 5 minutes this lady came out with just are food.
I told her, I'm missing all my drinks and my cookie tote, I have my receipt. She goes back and tells her supervisor that I don't have my drinks. He tells her he didn't see them on my receipt. They kept my receipt, I asked for it back. I got my cookie tote after 5 minutes more.
