Always a problem with the drive thru. The ordering screen is broken just shows a blue screen. So how do you tell what they are ringing you up for? Sat in drive thru for over 5 minutes this morning and nobody took my order or even greeted me. And you all want $15 an hour! For what?? Why not train an monkey to work there? Probably would get better service.
I tried mobile ordering for the first time. Got to the drive thru and was told they didn’t have my order and told I had to come inside. I came inside and they insisted I pay there even though I had paid via the app. I checked my bank account and I had been charged twice.
I think some cashiers need to learn how to count money backwards. I gave him 1.53 for a sausage biscuit. He stared at it trying to figure the change. I told him a dime. The taller guy gave me the food but didn't ask if I wanted jelly/jam and no napkins in the bag. Service was a D+
