Has a drive-through with 2 ordering stations. No sign to inform customer to pull ahead. The food is always hot and the drinks and some desserts in season (cones) are cold. There is still a hassle when an adjoining business has a customer drive squarely into the oncoming one-way 2-lane back entrance. The exit should be walled off or signs placed at the entering adjoining exit from the adjoining business. 2-lane entrance off 1O3rd with 103rd Street's 2-way traffic tough to...
Truly, enjoyed my drive through experience this evening. Huge respect to Shane for his stellar customer service! Not sure who owns this McDonalds franchise, but if you’re reading this review, please know that Shane went above and beyond for one of your customers this evening.
Our 4 year old granddaughter loves McDonald's and we were in the area of 103rd and Stateline. I her excitement she knocked her chicken mcnuggests to the floor. I went back to the counter to buy her more. The young lady talked to her manager before placing my order and they handed me new nuggets at no charge. So nice of them! We did pick the others up and throw them away. Thank you so very much!!
