Great food and coffee, but it’s more pricey than other coffee shops.
The coffee shop to end all coffee shops.
Three separate floors that include a rooftop patio, spacious and varied seating. An excellent assortment of both savory and sweet pastries, along with other hot selections, sandwiches, etc. The staff are always inviting and accommodating, and consistently create delicious drinks. The chai tea is a personal favorite!
Amazing Place. Paul’s complements
Enjoyed our time and the cinnamon roll and coffee.
I feel like anyone in KC who has any joy in their life already knows that this is THE place to start your day. If you disagree, I just hope dunkin donuts serves you well.
Great coffee shop in downtown. Close walk from many hotels and the convention center so it was very easy to pop over and get a coffee. The baristas were friendly and made a delicious cortado! The baked goods also looked phenomenal, although I did not get to try them.
Loved every bite of the pastries served exquisitely flavored and attention to detail. Lovely atmosphere!!
Very good but coffee is expensive. 16oz Caramel Latte and Breakfast Burrito was 22$ (Burrito was 12.50$)

I paid 40 bucks, ordered a burrito for myself and my brother got something else, but we waited a million years for our food (they told us, "we will text you :)" they didn't and our food got cold bc they didn't text us like they said.) and then when we get in the car, it's a sandwich, not a burrito. I literally said "can I get the breakfast burrito?" And the lady at the counter said yes. But I got a nasty egg sandwich with leathery bacon and wet bread, not a burrito. Idk where the miscommunication came from, but I paid over 40 dollars and tipped them and they gave me the wrong food. The building and atmosphere are also lame, wealthy, millennial hipster, white and black minimalist and felt very hostile. The lamest, over priced coffee shop in KC, on God. I wish I could get my money back but I paid cash. I feel very disappointed. I am thinking about calling them, but I have no way to get back there today. I hope the owner or something higher up sees this so I can be vindicated bc this is really ridiculous. Maybe teach your employees to go over the customers order with them before you send it to the kitchen.

Great little coffee shop, unfortunately the area seems a little sketchy. So walking early in the morning was a little iffy but wasn’t terrible. Crossant was amazing!

This place is popular! At one point on a Saturday morning there were over 20 people in line. The ham and cheese croissant was the most fluffy and delicious croissant I've ever had but it had barely a sliver of ham and cheese within the croissant so it didn't fill me up as a meal like I had hoped. The butternut squash latte sounded to unique to pass up and it didn't disappoint. Place is big with multi levels so as a result it is loud and seating wasn't comfortable.

It was a nice place to grab a small bite with coffee and enjoy your morning.
Parking: Parking is really the only downside. There is construction going on in the area, which makes parking a little more difficult. Paid street parking is the only area I could find to park.
