Great food, great service, great prices. Carne Asada tacos are some of the best I have had in KC, might even be the best. Nice covered seating area by the the food truck. Folks working there were wonderful, seemed family owned. Skip the Brick and Mortar Mexican restaurants in town and come here.

Miranda's Mexican Food Truck is hands down one of the best places to grab authentic street tacos! Every bite is packed with incredible flavor, and you can tell everything is made with care using fresh ingredients. The tacos are absolutely delicious.

Tried the asada fries. It is a new item and not only looks good but tastes even better. I have ordered tacos and the burritos. I recommend anything on the menu.

The carne asada burrito was really big and tortilla was amazing green salsa was mouth watering hot but good flavor and beautiful bright green color I have never seen before.
