This is a hidden gem! The food was super good! I had an Asada and Pastor Huarache that was amazing. I did wait just a few minutes to get my food, but everything was made fresh on the spot, so I didn't mind at all. Its a food truck that has a seating area for you and they just made a roof for us customers. They're currently working on installing some walls to block the cold during the winter, and they do have propane patio heaters too. The staff was VERY polite, friendly...

We tried the asada huaraches and the chicken flautas. Both were excellent. There is a mild(ish) green salsa and a spicy red salsa available.
The owners were so welcoming and happy to chat. We'll definitely be back.
