Great food, great service, great prices. Carne Asada tacos are some of the best I have had in KC, might even be the best. Nice covered seating area by the the food truck. Folks working there were wonderful, seemed family owned. Skip the Brick and Mortar Mexican restaurants in town and come here.
Miranda's Mexican Food Truck is hands down one of the best places to grab authentic street tacos! Every bite is packed with incredible flavor, and you can tell everything is made with care using fresh ingredients. The tacos are absolutely delicious.

Haven’t been to their truck in a couple years so wasn’t sure what to expect but their food hits every time. Perfect tacos and wings, reasonably priced and they upgraded their location so much since I’ve been. Love this place, the food, the people and everything about it. 100/10 would recommend anyone that is wanting an authentic taco truck experience without cutting corners.
