It's 11:30 AM on a Friday in the fall and I can't understand why this place isn't open.

Service is slow and food looks & taste like something you can get from school cafeteria. And if you get a server named Tina walk away or ask for another server. She was either on her phone or gossiping with her coworkers. Literally watch her hold my plate of food for several minutes as she talked with someone working behind the bar. Your honestly better off just grabbing something from one of the food stands at the airport - would be higher quality and faster.

Flight was diverted and stayed for over 7 hours. The waitress Brenda was amazing. She would get updates frequently from spirit without asking. Didn't hound, came by when needed another refreshment. Kyle was very friendly and would ensure my visit was going well. Robyn was able to provide me with much needed essentials through this ordeal. The prices are a bit steep and the food was ok, but the service was impeccable. Couldn't thank them enough for getting me through this. They were amazing

It is the easiest airport to get in and out of! Yes it needs an upgrade - a Sky Club would be great, or just more food options. Bathroom upgrade would be nice too, but I still prefer it to every other airport for convenience and ease of travel!

The check-in process is terrible. One agent checking in people who go through the baggage kiosk and those who don't and 3 agents working priority. What's the inventory use the baggage kiosk if your standing still in the same line as those who don't?

We've been here twice recently and both times were disappointed. It took over ten minutes to be acknowledged by the bar tender when we were sitting at the bar top; the second time we sat at a table and it still took our waitress over five minutes. She complained about her crummy day and moved slowly. They ran out of chips for nachos, so two of us ate our food (and finished) while the nachos were being made. After waiting 20min, we changed the order to a hot dog.

Spend your money wisely, go to CBS News Kansas City right across the way and purchase the overpriced food there. This place is no good. Well unless you like microwaved nachos and fake chicken. Super disappointed for $16 nachos. I'd except more from the name Budweiser!

Sat at the bar. I was not acknowledged by the bartender and after a while had to flag her down. Limited menu but ordered the quesadillas which were fine although would have been better if onion and pepper were in the quesadillas too. The place only has plastic silverware which is annoying and bad for the environment. Worst of all, the place smelled absolutely horrible -- like garbage.

The bartender is too rude and lack of customer service. The entire restaurant is dirty and lack of cleanliness. think twice before you come i aide and have a drink!
We came to this bar while waiting for a flight, and sat down to grab a beer. When no one came to take our order, we grabbed one from the bar, only to have the waitress come and tell us we could no longer sit in the bar because we didn't get the beer from her. Horrible service at normal airport prices. If I could give this place zero stars, I would.

Terrible service, food order was incomplete. Ordered their chicken bacon avocado salad, came without bacon and avocado. When I pointed it out to the server, she snatched the plate away from me and brought the same plate back with strips of microwaved bacon thrown into the bowl and the attached as their version of avocado. Oh and advertised as coming with potato chips which were dumped all over the salad. Not in a bag but just dumped on the salad. I would rather starve than go here again.

Nice place to grab a drink or meal before your flight with views out over the ramp and runway. It is pre-security though. The food options are from CPK next door.

We stopped to eat at this restaurant because it was the only option near our gate in the airport. The food was absolutely awful. We could see into the kitchen from the bar and everything was microwaved. Fine to stop by for an overpriced drink... don't even think about ordering food. You will thank me.
