Love this place and I've never received poor service or low quality bowls before, but this evening was different. It took me 15 minutes to get my protein bowl when the place was near empty. Two people seated, already served, and one person ahead of me whose order the girl behind the counter was already making when I came in. I grabbed my bowl once it was done and didn't take a close look until I arrived at home. The bowl was barely half full, only had a few inconsistent apple slivers, and after inspection, I realized was not even mixed properly. The bottom of my bowl was filled with clumped protein! I was shocked! I hope all workers are receiving proper training before being allowed to mix/cut & serve food. The young lady preparing my bowl this evening clearly had no idea what she was doing. I would expect this from a low-grade fast food chain of some sort, not from an establishment where I expect to spend $15-20 on one item! Very disappointing!

Such a great experience! I used the app to order and our food was ready when we arrived. We ordered 3 bowls and they were awesome! I got the almond butter with chia topped with strawberries and bananas. My daughter had a peanut butter bowl with fruit, and my niece had açaí with banana, pineapple, granola. They were all delicious!Dietary restrictions: Dairy free treats are available!

I'd never had a bowl like this before, and now I'm hooked! I had an almond butter bowl, topped with strawberry, banana, and apple. My daughter had an açaí bowl with pineapple and strawberry. Both were delicious. I do think the price was a little higher than necessary (I paid $48 for 3 bowls), but everything is overpriced right now!

Why would you take away the option to add chia seed pudding to anything? The bowls are expensive, watery garbage without it. Just ruined every menu item for no reason.

Fast service and friendly faces. The Health Nut smoothie is my absolute fav, but I've had several others that didn't disappoint. My only criticism is that the smoothies are a bit expensive, though I understand that quality ingredients cost more.

Great atmosphere and food, however on a mobile order I had , despite me showing a receipt to the red headed lady working there she decided to brush it off “Somebody stole something earlier “The level of hospitality and lack of work ethic as well as the audacity to hold such low accountability herself as a person who is employed at Nektar is disappointing.Do better

The staff in here seem very slow, and unqualified. I came in and ordered a very simple drink. A peanut butter smoothie. I came in and there was no line. And after I ordered many ppl came and ordered. For some reason they had made everyone’s drinks before mine. I had been waiting about 30mins for a smoothie. Was very disappointed in the staff. Please work on that.
Weird vibe in this place. My husband and I come in here today. Manager goes into the back upon seeing us, no greeting, no nothing. We stand waiting for him to acknowledge us or take our order. He just proceeds to do what he is doing in the back never says I’ll be with you guys in a moment absolutely nothing. He motions for a girl to help us but she just looked at us and kept doing stuff in the back too. Why do you guys have to treat people like that? No customer service skills at all. Wont be coming back. Why do you guys have to be rude like that? At least say we will be with you in a second or something

Great service; the staff went above and beyond yo accommodate me and a coupon I had received at a workout class earlier in the day. The location is convenient because it's nearby the plaza library and the close shops, it is unusually spacious inside. It would be a great place to have a meeting or hang out after a fitness class with friends. The Green Detox is a simply stunning juice with a well balanced tartness from the granny smith apples and the mellow earthiness from the kale and suble sweetness from the cucumber. All in all the vibrant juice was the perfect post workout pick me up and provided me with detoxing energy throughout my day.

Honestly I used to come here all the time for two years. I came today, just because it sounded great and they have some new stuff. It used to be so great. Good vibes , fast service , and you didn't have to wait 5 minutes to just order. Idk if they just need to hire more people. But why am I waiting here for 20 minutes for a smoothie bowl when I'm the only person here and there's three people up front? 10 minutes into my 20 minutes wait sesh , they all go in the back and just start talking and laughing ... but anyways , other than whatever the fuck that was. The smoothie bowl was good

Repeated terrible customer service, the young women who work there are extremely rude. I got my order home tonight and this is what I got for around $12. Completely ripped off, it’s only a little over a half full. Management has been unresponsive from what I’ve heard from friends who have had similar experiences.
