Very nice aesthetic and lighting make for a very enjoyable dining experience. The servers here are very kind and polite. Thank you, One City Cafe or another meal on days where I normally wouldn't have one.
I understand you wanting to serve the homeless community food in the evening, but at the same time, nobody wants to eat undercooked food and being rushed out the door after standing in line to be served. And I don't want the server spraying chemicals around my food while I'm trying to eat. It's kinda like you're saying 'hurry up and eat',as I'm sitting down. And I do get that some of the homeless are a little rude, but for the ones that do come...
