“I ordered pick up from this location on a busy Sunday evening and walked in to find two men working their b***s off to keep up with all the orders. I could tell they were understaffed but the young man working the counter (taking orders while also making pizzas and tending to the oven) was friendly and helpful despite being obviously stressed. My pizza was fresh and correct, and he threw me some extra sauces for the wait (which was only an extra five minutes).“

“Was greeted with smiles, and they remade my pizza right away for satisfaction, and were super friendly about it. Most people are super rude about stuff like that but they didn’t make me feel like a bother. Jacob (or Jason? Sorry I’m bad with names!) definitely left an impression for sure!!!“

“I was in Kansas City and the family was hungry for pizza I stopped into this location and the guy behind the counter was named John as well was able to put together our pizzas super-fast get them done and out and get me within a very very short amount of time even though he was extremely busy he was very thoughtful and polite customer service was excellent pizza was delicious the ability to get it done quickly and out the door to me was fantastic will visit here again whenever I'm in Kansas City and you want a good pizza for the family I might even stop and bring pizza home to the family next time I go in town and surprise them on the way in excellent customer service excellent pizza will visit again for sure“

“STOP USING DOOR DASH TO DELIVER. Great food but you Papa goes wrong is using door dash to deliver there stuff. Guaranteed to be cold if it even arrives. delivery fee plus tip waisted when I still have to drive to the store for them to remake it for me again. I hate DoorDash.

However Robert at the warnall location was more than able to make things right without third degree. I appreciate that. Thank you.“

“I was hesitant to order because the reviews were very mixed. I must say, though, I had a great experience. I ordered pizza and wings online through their website. I asked for the wings to be well done and, to my surprise, they were cooked perfectly. The pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and half bacon, however it came out more of a 2/3 pepperoni and 1/3 bacon and was cut crooked, which isn’t a huge deal. That’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars. The food tasted great and everything was cooked really well. Delivery was pretty fast (especially for a Saturday night) and the delivery guy was so nice. I had read a review that they didn’t have their own delivery service and used a third party, but they did this time and even showed up in a well displayed “papa johns” car so I could see easily who was here. I honestly had a great experience. Would definitely recommend ??“
