“I haven't been here but a few times over the years, despite it only being 4 miles from my home, but this evening I tried their Papadias Cool Ranch Doritos Deal that included a bag of Doritos, a Starry soda (like a Sprite only zestier), and a papadia for $10.99 plus tax. I didn't really know what a papadia was, but I was willing to find out. Well, I ordered it online & it was ready for me when I arrived a short time later to pick it up. A papadia is a flatbread sandwich that comes with many different crusts & fillings. Mine had chicken, onions, cheese, and green peppers, and came warm, cut in half, with a really good dipping sauce that went well with it and the Doritos. This Papa John's is on 40 Highway west of Noland Road, and it's very tiny, right on top of a hill. Its whole business is carryout. When I ordered a pizza there before it seemed kind of pricey, so I haven't been back until this evening, but now I think they're on to something good. I enjoyed my papadia, and with the drink and chips, I considered it quite a deal. I hope to be going back there before the deal ends.“
“I hit a snag with Pizza Hut and this branch of Papa John's saved my neck. Pizza was great, fast delivery, and help me out of the jam. I personally prefer Pizza Hut pizza, but these guys came through when it was needed so they are my go to from now on.“
“Staff member, working feverously, by herself, was surprisingly courteous and knowledgeable of her job. Food was hot, fresh and delicious. Pizza was cooked just right, not burnt, or undercooked. I would choose here over the competition every time. More staff eventually showed up to assist this nice lady and they were just as polite as her. In a world of minimum effort for minimum wage this is a delightful surprise to find. Thank you for a great experience.“
