“I was in Kansas City and the family was hungry for pizza I stopped into this location and the guy behind the counter was named John as well was able to put together our pizzas super-fast get them done and out and get me within a very very short amount of time even though he was extremely busy he was very thoughtful and polite customer service was excellent pizza was delicious the ability to get it done quickly and out the door to me was fantastic will visit here again whenever I'm in Kansas City and you want a good pizza for the family I might even stop and bring pizza home to the family next time I go in town and surprise them on the way in excellent customer service excellent pizza will visit again for sure“
“The staff here are so friendly, and pure! I ordered in to the wrong location, and had to drive 13 mins to get to this location but I’m glad i did! My food was still fresh, and the man up front was kind enough to make sure my wings was to my liking & brought my food to my car when they were done! Talk about v customer service!!! “Ok, it looks a little sketchy but these guys are second to none. They KNOW where your pizza is in the process. If they say 5 minutes,they mean 5 minutes. they are friendly and efficient. I'm not a huge chain pizza fan but if I want it right, I come here.“
“I just wanted to give a shout out to my local papa John’s on Prairie view Road. I’ve never had a better tasting order than I had tonight! Freaking awesome! Everything was so fresh and hot. I’ve never had an order that tasted so good. I believe hot and fresh. Sure makes a difference. I ordered pretty much a whole menu of desserts. The new Oreo bites and the chicken Parmesan bites I ordered 2 of those. And my favorite, cinnamon pull a parts and chocolate chip cookie.Chaz“
“I was hesitant to order because the reviews were very mixed. I must say, though, I had a great experience. I ordered pizza and wings online through their website. I asked for the wings to be well done and, to my surprise, they were cooked perfectly. The pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and half bacon, however it came out more of a 2/3 pepperoni and 1/3 bacon and was cut crooked, which isn’t a huge deal. That’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars. The food tasted great and everything was cooked really well. Delivery was pretty fast (especially for a Saturday night) and the delivery guy was so nice. I had read a review that they didn’t have their own delivery service and used a third party, but they did this time and even showed up in a well displayed “papa johns” car so I could see easily who was here. I honestly had a great experience. Would definitely recommend ??“
“The pizza here crushes every other Papa John’s around. They cook the pizzas perfectly and they get them out quick.The manager seems like he can be a bit of a hardass to the employees but is generally nice to all the customers. They guys that make the pizzas are the real MVP’s here. I haven’t had a bad pizza from this location in several years. I’ll go here over the Wornall location every time.“
