“An out of state friend wanted to try it bcuz they don't have any Papa John's Pizza where he's from. So we placed a rather large order and immediately got an EXTREMELY rude phone call from one of the workers letting us know our order was gonna take an hour and a half to prepare, which was perfectly fine. So we go to get the order and even once there, we were treated like we were the worst people in the world and how rude the lady was is completely uncalled for. The only good thing I can say about the entire experience is that the food was good and hot and the entire order was there and correct“
“I was hesitant to order because the reviews were very mixed. I must say, though, I had a great experience. I ordered pizza and wings online through their website. I asked for the wings to be well done and, to my surprise, they were cooked perfectly. The pizza was supposed to be half pepperoni and half bacon, however it came out more of a 2/3 pepperoni and 1/3 bacon and was cut crooked, which isn’t a huge deal. That’s the only reason I gave them 4 stars. The food tasted great and everything was cooked really well. Delivery was pretty fast (especially for a Saturday night) and the delivery guy was so nice. I had read a review that they didn’t have their own delivery service and used a third party, but they did this time and even showed up in a well displayed “papa johns” car so I could see easily who was here. I honestly had a great experience. Would definitely recommend ??“
“My favorite pizza chain. Usually great deals if you go pick it up yourself. By the time I order and then get there it's ready. They don't mess up the order and I like their pizza because it's fresh. The location looks rough bjt but it's easy to get in and out of.“
“The staff was friendly. When I went in they were busy but he still took time to explain some options to me without being rude or rushing me.
Food was great also. I ordered two large multi-topping pizzas, two types of wings, and a brownie.“
