Honestly probably my go-to place for Banh Mi nowadays. KC doesn't shine particularly well in this category, but this place is pretty good. I think the chicken banh mi is the best here, as the chicken absorbs their special sauce so well, making it the most flavorful out of all their Banh Mi. They also have boba and korean corn dogs which is a nice touch to keep the place more on trend. The convenience of being able to order online is very nice as well.

Really good Banh mi and boba teas. They are quick and friendly. They put a lot of meat into the sandwiches. They bake their own breads. Really cute place to dine in as well.

03/11/2024: I’m in Kansas City for work and gone to Paris Bánh Mi 3 times 3 different weeks. When I’m on the road, I have to try the Vietnamese food in the area to get my fix and fulfill my nostalgia cravings.I can say the Banh mi is solid. For the non-Asian folks, the meat options and toppings are traditional so you won’t get the Jason’s Deli/Subway version of a sandwich. So please educate yourself before reviewing the place poorly.The 3 sandwiches I’ve tried (dac biet, cha lua, and thit nuong) are all really tasty. The bread is fresh and delicious. The proteins are not skimped on. The veggies are plenty. I do wish there was more cilantro, but that’s just my preference.The pho dac biet is also pretty good. They’re dac biet is only tai and bo vien. It’s light on the green veggies, but overall a solid choice. The broth is nice color, clear, aromatic, and very flavorful. Almost can compete with homemade.I met the owner last week and saw him again today. Nice guy to chat Vietnamese food with. Wishing the best for this place. I’m trying to keep them busy with going every time I’m in town.

First time trying this place just for the Korean corndogs. They were very bland, and tasted just like an Italian breadstick from any pizza place, except no salt. They all tasted exactly the same, I was honestly very disappointed. Pho was delicious & so were the coconut milk teas! On the other hand, lychee strawberry tea was not the best. Tasted more like a rose tea, not very sweet, but the actual tapioca pearls were good. Spring rolls were alright, although very fresh. Place was very cute but I don’t think I’d visit again.

What a great little place serving up one of the world’s most iconic foods, Vietnamese bánh mì and other a là carte items. The bánh mì are delicious, drinks are wonderful, and staff are exceedingly friendly and kind. The people who write all these bad reviews have no clue how hard it is to start a small business and bring joy to the community. I wish there is a location closer to our home as we drive from Independence, MO weekly to get our bánh mì fix.Congratulations on a opening a great little bánh mì gem for people in the KC area to enjoy. And thank you for the great sandwiches and friendly service.

Food was fresh and delicious. Reminds me of all of the delicious Asian shopping markets that I love so much in Texas. The inside is clean and so aesthetically pleasing I am obsessed. The walk-up ordering was easy and quick.

Stopped in to give it a try since it’s hard to find Korean corn dogs in KC that are good. And let me tell you, they are very good! Also tried a chicken croissant and it was delicious! Everyone was also very nice. Will be back to try more of the items.
