The only good thing were the wings. The ranch was a thick nasty jug tasting ranch. We usually eat at the one in Mission and love that one. We went the whole time without our waitress stopping by table (only to take our initial drink order and drop the drinks off once). We went the entire time with no refills on water, which would have been nice while eating buffalo wings. After not receiving any service whatsoever, my husband had to get up to get our bill from the server who spent her whole time making sure the people at the bar were happy and ignoring everyone not at the bar. Will never be back to this location, but will gladly eat the Mission or OP one.

My server was rude when I sat down I was fixing my hair and he asked me “Are you nervous I see you playing with your hair ?” Ummm wasn’t the best experience when I sat down … wasn’t very nice not the best next time I’ll go to The Plaza. Very weird won’t be back .

The food was delicious and we had the best waiter.
Amusing that I walk in on a Friday evening to pick up my to go order during what should be a busy time only to find out that I’ve been banned because the last time I put in to go order for a Ruben with chips and a side of ranch and I sat at the bar waiting for one hour. I got tired of waiting for one hour when the restaurant and bar was not busy, so I left. Fine and dandy your horrible service at the bar and the lack of quality of food does not make me shed one tear that I am banned as a customer even though I’ve been a regular off and on since 2007. I guess you have enough business to keep the doors open, not tonight, though I guess you’re breaking in so many Togo orders that you can afford to turn people away… Not normal for small businesses in this day and age but good luck to you. Bet your doors will be closed in a year…

Visiting from St. Louis and wanted to try “The best wings in KC”. From what I read online, this was the most talked about place. The wings were very underwhelming. Not crispy, and the sauce didn’t have much flavor. Also, the service was poor. Our drinks were never refilled. My friend had to go get his own water. There was a 20+ minute gap in our waitress checking on us. I would not recommend this place to anyone. If you think these are good wings, come to the other side of the state!
