I loved this spot years ago when I worked downtown. Decided to revisit recently due to craving good Chinese food. They did not disappoint. Still hands down the best seasoned rice that I have had in KC. Workers are eager to please. I love it here, I like my rice extra spicy with extra onion. 🔥 Inside pretty small but they have take out and delivery. Keep this place alive, a great little hidden gem!

Would not take my order over phone, I wanted Peking duck they said come to restaurant we have it. I drove 30 freaking minutes and when I got there they said they no longer had it for the day... never come here again

Loved it. Was quiet, we was the only one in the resturant. Food was amazing came out fresh! I love Chinese and have eaten at alot of the Chinese places in kc area and this one by far is the best!!!!!

I am shocked by the positive reviews. This was undoubtedly the worst Chinese food I’ve ever had. The chicken and beef in the lunch specials tasted old and reheated. Nearly inedible. The egg drop soup was green and tasted expired. We left hungry.

felt like heaven in my mouth. First of all the place felt like im in someone's home; very warm and cozy. The food was probably the BEST Chinese food I've had here in KC, (I've lived here my entire life so I've been to serval places). I had the General Tso chicken, pork soup dumplings and the Mapo Tofu. Truly so delicious that I thought about that dinner for the rest of the week. Will be going back!

A wonderful hidden gem. We were in KC to take care of some business. Kinda got lost looking for somewhere decent for lunch. We were dealing with traffic and not knowing exactly where we were. Came to a stop sign, were about to turn when straight across from us was Peking. We parked right in front, went in, grabbed a booth. The service was fast, the menu was full. The portions were large, and the food was great. Couldn't eat it all, took rest in go boxes for later. I'm looking forward to my next KC trip with plans to explore the menu.

Absolutely disgusting. I promise you nobody that works here knows about corn starch or corn flour, and that was truly the most disgusting oil I've ever smelled or eaten food from. They also won't give you ANY sauces for your appetizers if you don't ask. I want my money back.

We ordered through door dash and the amount and quality you get is amazing! The Beef chow fun in brown sauce was delicious! We recommend the Crab Rangoon and Egg drop soup as well. The only thing I did not like was the chicken chow mein. It was different than what I am used to, not as much noodles and too saucy. The rice that comes with the meat dishes was a huge plus. Would order again!

This is the best place. They gave me free crab ragoons.. 10 out of 10 service.

The food and the service was Impeccable, food cook to perfection and the service was like no other I’ve ever had, if I could rate this ten thousand stars I would. I promise you can’t go anywhere else that’s better than this place I swear. Very authentic
