Good sandwiches and salads. The place is almost always busy around dinner time and the wait can be 10+ minutes to order. If you like your food a bit spicy ask them to "Fireball it".

Love pepperjax as a restaurant this one has a lot of work found hair in food.... food handling was questionable at best and they gave us wrong sandwich then took it back for right food and served it to a mobile order customer after we handled it to find out it was wrong sandwich ?? will still go to pepperjax but this franchise is disgusting and would avoid at all costs

Went there this past week after not having it for about a month. The one on Antioch has gone down hill for a number of reasons. Over cooked burnt fries. Was told maybe oil was old. How about change it? Then two teens one white, the other mixed looking with dreds (almost female looking) Dropping multiple N*gga bombs while also talking about guns, and grabbin some backwoods from the gas station in the lobby. Not coming back anytime soon.

Need as much as you can get. Whoever the manager is working Friday night @ 7:30 on 9/29. She doesn’t care & she needs to go. Do yourselves a favor and find someone else. I could provide details but if you can’t find better leadership nothing else matters.
I don't recommend placing orders after 7:30. I placed an order at 7:50 and claimed to be done at 8:23. When I got there the sign was off and the front doors were locked. I had to call to see if they were open still. And after the employees had to (literally) be yelled at multiple times to start my order, my order was NOTHING what I asked for. And now I have to attempt to get a refund.

Nice modern place, newer facility. But the team they have inside are just playing phone games, ignoring customers. The line was filthy. This was around 230p so they weren't busy, but definitely hadn't cleaned up since lunch rush or earlier.

I made an online order. I asked for no beans and there was beans on one order. And the other I asked for beans and there was none. They can't get a simple order right. I won't be back.
