It was my first time eating here, but I'd heard good things. I ordered online and the process was a little annoying so when I picked it up and my order was wrong I was a little irritated. I went back expecting an argument, but the young man running the cash register helped me out. He was very pleasant and apologetic. He made sure my sandwich came out correct and fast. I was completely BLOWN AWAY by how good this Philly was. Literally one of the best I’ve ever had, if not the best. The staff was very nice as well, they answered my questions and were very patient as I had three kids with me. The food was really really good.

Victoria was amazing! She had excellent customer service skills, and made me feel very welcome in the store. I will definitely be coming back. The food was incredible as well, you can see the areas where it is cooked, and it is pretty obvious that it is maintained well. In addition, I like that instead of having fries sit forever, they are made to order so they are fresh. Will definitely be coming back.
