I had the Cajun chicken club sandwich..not bad. if you like it super spicy though, you may need to request spicier, but I loved mine. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the tomato and lettuce was fresh. The service was fast too.
Overall food was hot and fresh. Service was good enough but could have been better. The restaurant was disgustingly dirty and the toilets were also terrible. Clearly no one is responsible for cleaning.
Not half bad honestly.

Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings offers a mix of experiences. The chicken strip was good and fried to perfection, and the sweet and spicy chicken flavor was good. The fries could have more seasoning on all sides, though they are always fresh. The sauce variety and flavors are liked. Customer service can be great, with a smile greeting customers and staff described as absolutely phenomenal. However, the food quality is hit and miss. Orders have been wrong, like getting boneless instead of traditional wings, and the food has been overly cooked or old. Sometimes they forget the dipping sauce or put it in separate containers instead of tossing the strips. The soda has been kinda horrible. One visit was freezing inside, with food boxed up for dine-in, leading to a decision to leave. A drink cup also crumbled when putting on a lid. Overall, the experience is inconsistent.
