I had the Cajun chicken club sandwich..not bad. if you like it super spicy though, you may need to request spicier, but I loved mine. The chicken was tender and juicy, and the tomato and lettuce was fresh. The service was fast too.
Service was great and food came out fast and was hot and fresh thank you!
This is the best Zaxby’s Chicken Finger & Buffalo Wings in Kansas City! Hands down the best staff and customer service. Quick service, and your food with always come out perfect! Love this location.

One visit was freezing inside, with food boxed up for dine-in, leading to a decision to leave. A drink cup also crumbled when putting on a lid. Overall, the experience is inconsistent.
