Disappointed by Cold Cheese and Poor Service at Zaxby'sI recently visited Zaxby's with high hopes for a satisfying meal, but unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The chicken sandwich I ordered was marred by cold cheese, detracting significantly from the overall taste and texture. Additionally, the service was subpar, with rude employees. It's disheartening when a restaurant known for its chicken dishes fails to deliver on basic quality and service expectations. I hope Zaxby's takes steps to improve consistency and customer experience in the future at this location. I won’t be back again.

Food is usually good. The Zalad(Asian salad) is good except for the egg roll that comes with it. I've gotten this salad 3 times since its been available and the last 2 times had an old, dried up egg roll in them. I would've rathered not have the egg roll at all. It was disgusting actually.

Waited over 10 min at the drive through and never moved. Not sure if it was the car 2 cars in front of me, or the restaurant, either way, left and won't be back. Was good the last time we were there, wanted to give it another try. Will drive to raising canes in liberty before going there again.

Do you have a training program? Or does this place run itself? Do you screen your new hires to verify if they can read, write, do basic math, and basic problem solving skills? Monkeys in Thailand are trained to harvest coconuts for food and in other parts of the world that same monkey will find water for a tribesmen of you feed it enough salt.... and that guy has never seen a car or a cell phone.... my point? I'm glad you askedIf you can't listen, pay attention and follow directions then please please run into traffic blind folded cuz your of little worth to the people that rely on you... and please don't reproduce. I know it's harsh but it's true. Your at best your grossly inefficient. I'll take the monkey anytimeOver this failed experiment. FOAD. Thanks

My wife drove thru to pick up dinner. My 3 children loves zaxby's chicken fingers#!
Please don't waste your money in this economy on this garbage food. The chicken is bland (and that's their whole thing!), it's like I can taste the abuse the animals went through because its so poor quality and so under seasoned. The fries are dry and unseasonably as well. I tried to anticipate this by asking for sauce twice, but the staff forgot that.I feel like I've been pranked just by consuming this food. Please go elsewhere and have a better day than me!
Was disappointed in my meal. The chicken tenders was much smaller than expected. Literally like the size of my pinky. I expected larger tenders. My boyfriend got the chicken bacon ranch fries which were delicious totally recommend those. I think the tenders were over cooked because they were very tough trying to eat them. The fries were tasty as well and well seasoned. Just disappointed in the chicken. For the price we payed I just expected more.
Lots of workers, but not a lot going on, orders take too long.

I went through the drive thru I got the traditional bone in five piece combo. I was told that they were making fresh fries so I waited and I waited finally they brought my food out fries not fresh ?. So I go the next day to get lunch when I get to the window the young lady in the window had dog hair all over her black hoodie ?? I'm sorry but I don't want to see that in a place where I'm getting food
