I ordered the 8 oz filet mignon and it was very delicious, tender and exactly what you'd expect for the cut and of the price. It came with the green beans which were good as well. But the mashed potatoes that it was served with was subpar to say the least. They seemed to not be fresh, like they had been sitting under a warmer. Our waitress was friendly, thorough and punctual with timing throughout the course of the evening. Would definitely go back, but maybe try other things...
Atmosphere cozy and inviting. I was there celebrating with my daughter for her 10th birthday, which I put in the reservation. The hostess and waiter wished her happy birthday, they also put a lit candle on her dessert. The empanadas - we got chicken, 3 cheese, and caprese- were hot fresh and so good!!! The chicken roulette was heavenly. The fresh bread, amazing. Can't wait to come back.
Had a wonderful time at Piropo's, the food was amazing. Our server was excellent. The restaurant is decorated authentically and it was quiet enough for six of us to carry on a conversation.
