Horrible manager! Ordered my pizza at 535pm, was supposed to be delivered at 605pm. Called at 625 to check on it, hadn’t even been started! Then the manager proceeded to tell me she didn’t have time to deal with me and to call customer service. Which I did, then I got a text at 633 stating my order was out for delivery, called back at 7pm still not delivered and they have no record of my order at all now!! I wish there was a zero star rating. I placed order at 6:30. Was quoted 30 minutes. At 7:30 pizza still wasn't here. We called and spoke a lady who said it was on its way. We called at 8 and spoke with a supervisor (great lady who agrees this location sucks at their job) who found out our pizza still hadn't left the store though the lady lied and said it had to us a half hour prior. I have had a couple weeks to consider this, and I have sent one feedback already.
I ordered pizza and wings for my sons birthday earlier this month. It was around 7:30. I was quoted an hour initially, although confirmation email quoted less. After two hours, I called and they assured me it was en route. After another hour, I called again and they said it was on the way. At 11:30 (four hours after initial order) I called and cancelled.
