When we walked in the owners were sitting at the first high bar table knocking back beers with another couple, completely unbothered to greet us.

The cashier/host was also sitting there with them and politely and cheerfully jumped up and came to greet us at the register to get our order. We ordered a large dinner salad to take home and at that time ordered and was charged, for extra dressing on the large Italian dinner salad. With tax and the extra dressing we paid nearest to $15. Then we were basically ignored for 32 minutes while we waited.

While waiting… As, we like extra crackers we noticed there was a salad or Togo station setup by the kitchen and a kill window so we waited over there thinking maybe this was where we could wait. I saw a huge basket of club crackers so I started to stick a good handful into a to go cup since there were no other containers to put them in.

At this point the owner talks the hostess to come check on us (finally) and she basically comes over to tell me that that’s her station and she will make sure we get crackers in our salad to go. She was on a phone call and spoke very loud and basically just said it to us in passing while she was on the phone. I didn’t care too much about all the dramatics so I just said no problem thank you so much for letting us know and I dumped the crackers back onto the table and we walked away. Politely and smiling.

I waited with my youngest child there and the floors were sticky to your shoes. There was only one other table there for dinner time. It’s dark and dismal in there. But the product is the same old pizza shoppe After 23 minutes we finally just sat down at a near by table and when I noticed the cook bagging up the salad-we walked over to the counter since the hostess was no where & I asked the young man for extra crackers…as we were promised.

Then at that moment - the owner, got up and asked what we needed. He was noticeably turned red in the face and seemed angry or upset while speaking to us. I wasn’t certain why so I said that I was just “asking for extra crackers if that’s ok” and he handed me 3 packs of crackers and threw them on the counter.

He said “normally time We charge for these….” I responded, “I’m happy to pay for them & that’s not a problem as we just were not aware and well, we like a lot of extra crackers with our salad.”

it was then that I realized that I’m arguing with the owner over three little crackers and if he was going to treat us as poorly as they had …after we waited almost a half an hour for a salad - a dinner salad and then was rudely spoken to about crackers….??? He’s got problems.

We will not EVER be back. I can tell you that the place is dirty As in your feet stick to the floor it’s a very gross . The tables are covered in a film probably because they’re so old I would imagine it’s grease or some type of cleaning that they use (Or don’t )

Honestly, no one goes there Unless it’s intentional just looking at the location . it’s in a poor location and they seem to be very judgmental to black and brown people. We’re of the brown persuasion….

Just keep that in mind where you spend your dollars… Kansas City

I went there last month. I thought the salad came in a plate so little everything was falling off. Need a bigger plate even if it's for a small salad. The plate the pizza came in was ugly. Reminds me of an old garbage lid. The pizza reminded me of highschool pizza. Nothing great about it. Staff was nice. I was not impressed by the food at all.

Never been to this establishment before. Website was having issues, called to place an order on the phone, the lady that answered was extremely rude. She was lacking customer service skills so bad, I didn't even go through with the order as I fear she may do something to our food out of retaliation. Do better!

Very good! Pizza was cooked properly, perfect amount of toppings and sauce, however the cheese garlic bread needed a lot more cheese. There is another Pizza Shoppe closer to where I live, but I prefer to order from the N Oak location.

Very disappointed last week due to the huge price increase! We've been patronizing you at this location for 15 years plus. You raised the lunch special from$10.99 to $14.99. Way way too much. We are seniors on a fixed income and can't afford that kind of increase!

The service was awful will not use them again! We had a huge order and they packed it terrible by the time we got back to the office it was a mess. They acted like they didn’t care. We will find a new place to order from.

Salads not packaged well enough! By the time got them to the office dressings spilled out in back along with the lettuce…. No need to toss it, that happened with the way it was packaged!!!!

Our favorite pizza is the Butcherblock one from this place - it's our "go-to" when my sisters and I are in the mood for pizza. LOTS of meat, so you don't need to order a huge pizza - but we do, because we plan for leftovers.

Not a fancy place but clean, fast service, nice people.
