Best place in KC for Poké. I started eating Poké because I tried it here. Then I tried the orange chicken and it is now my go to lunch spot when I’m in the area. The staff knows me now haha! 🤣.

The owner made us feel at home and my 8 year old nephew gave the food a 10/10. We are definitely coming back. Next time I'll bring my microphone and sing Karaoke 🎤🎤🎤😺😺😺

Upstairs, chill vibe, very casual, feels private but open space. Staff was respectful and helpful. Food was so fresh and priced reasonablyfor quality!! Definitely going back for more. Try the homemade kimchi!

Tried hustling business of Freestyle Poke that had permanently closed saying that “they moved to Pokesan”. Disgusting business practices. Do not support Pokesan, evidence in the pic.

I have been here a couple of times and has been decent, but I think the poke bowls lack flavor.
Tonight we ordered postmates poke bowls, and it was some of the worst food I have had in years.
The cooked salmon on both bowls was just the brown, slimy skin, maybe about a tablespoon sized scoop, with a couple of pink pieces mixed in. I got tofu for my second protein (on postmates you can’t choose 2 of the same protein for some reason). The tofu was just raw, uncooked, unseasoned and had a very off-putting flavor. I order tofu instead of meat often at various places, and this was the worst tofu I have ever been served. Overall, I am shocked at how bad our bowls were this evening. I’m not sure if they just give the postmates/doordash orders zero effort because we can’t really send it back or complain, or if maybe tonight was a bad night for them?
Either way, it was bad enough for me to take the time to leave this entire review.

The restaurant is upstairs, you get a form when you get there and you fill it out with what you want and they'll make it. Pretty good food
