Acai bowls are terrible nothing was fresh other than the banana.

My bowl was great, but the customer service was awful. Very snarky and passive aggressive. It felt like I was imposing. I have never been treated like that. It was my first time there and I will not be going back.

The owner was extremely rude. Slammed the phone down after scanning for my rewards, and was very passive aggressive when talking to me. I have never been treated like this anywhere I've went, and love supporting small businesses, but I will not be going back here.

The food tastes good and the place is clean, however the people who work there consistently fill up the cups literally halfway. And you pay over $15. The photo attached is the adult size portion, and the photo does it more justice than it deserves. I'm not sure if it's an employee thing or a managerial thing, but it's simply unacceptable.

hands down the best açaí bowl i’ve ever had. i only stayed in missouri for about 3 months and now reside in georgia, but boy do i miss this place. no other açaí place in atlanta that i’ve tried so far compares to pura vida, and ive tried a lot of açaí bowls. everything always tastes fresh and the best açaí base i’ve ever had was from here. i would make the trip to missouri in lees summit area again just to be able to have their açaí bowl again.

Never had açai before. Very delicious! Plenty of customizable options. Big portions, definitely worth the price. Great beach vibes.

I love the Açai bowls here! I usually have a fairly good experience, but there have been a couple times that I have felt like they have skimped on the amount of Açai or toppings. I paid $6 for a kids bowl and they filled it maybe halfway… it’s worth the money when you get a full bowl, but this did not seem worth it to me…

The acai here is unlike anything else, with a thick, velvety texture and a vibrant array of fresh fruits, including sliced strawberries, bananas, and raspberries. The signature homemade toppings add rich sweetness and unique flavor, enhancing each bowl.

This café has a really relaxing vibe with a nice selection of açai bowls, coffee, and fresh baked goods. The ingredients taste fresh, and the flavors are well balanced without being too heavy. The service is friendly and quick, and the atmosphere makes it a great spot to hang out or grab something healthy on the go. It’s definitely a place worth stopping by if you’re looking for a refreshing treat

Pura Vida Açaí Café has such a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere inside—it’s definitely a place you enjoy spending time in. The açaí bowls are fresh, flavorful, and delicious with a great variety of toppings. My only hesitation is the price point—nearly $19 for one bowl feels a bit steep. While the quality is undeniable, I wish the portions or pricing were a little more balanced. Overall, it’s a lovely spot for a treat, just be prepared to pay a premium

As someone who travels to Costa Rica often, I was instantly drawn to Pura Vida—the name alone pulled me in. I’m glad it did.

The açaí is fresh, vibrant, and packed with flavor. I went two days in a row because one bowl wasn’t enough. The service is quick, the staff is kind, and everything is beautifully presented.

It is a little pricey, especially if you start adding extras like granola, but honestly? Worth it. This place hits the spot when you’re craving something real and refreshing.

Expensive bowls and bad attitude. I'd avoid at all costs.
