The food experience. If you have not been to an authentic BBQ in Kansas before, this needs to be on your list
Everything was amazing!! Jess was our server- she was prompt and personable. The beer and cocktails were fast and well mixed. The pork belly starter was literally the most delicious thing I have ever had- like final meal good! My husband had the burnt ends and brisket- so juicy and perfectly smoked. I had the southwestern smoked chicken salad- perfect combination of sweet cherry tomatoes, grilled corn, tortilla strips, chipotle dressing and perfectly cooked smoked chicken.
