The food here is absolutely delicious and the staff are always kind. If it wasn't for the fact that the location is absolutely disgusting and in disrepair it would get 5 stars. Keep in mind, this isn't the employees fault. The owners, either the chain owner or the corporation, keep this place running a skeleton crew and dont care about customer experience. I absolutely love Quiznos Subs and am super happy that we still have one in Kansas City!!! I stop by this one from time to time to get the Chicken Carbonara Sandwich on the Rosemary Parmesan bread. It is perfection in a sandwich and this place crafts them perfectly. I drove over there last night and pulled up just at 7:15 to see that they were already closed. I just wish they were open past 7pm as when I am on that side of town, I always need to stop there from 7 to 8pm. ...

Stephen and his team were wonderful! I had a last minute order for 13 sandwiches and 2 salads from the catering menu. He took my order and within an hour they were ready. Everyone enjoyed their food and the day was saved! Thank you Stephen!!!
