If I could give this place a -10 stars I would. I visited this place today before lunch rush and felt like I shouldnt be here. I shouldve walked away but I tried giving them the benefit of the doubt. The lady taking the order never greeted us she stood there with the attitude of "would yall hurry up"? It was my 1st time there Im ready over the menu and asking questions and she responded with and expression of "duh" after completing my order and paying she walked away to tell the cooks in the back what the order wasThe next group of people walked in about 4 people and she lit up like the 4th of July she greeted them with all kind of joy in her voice and demeanor she asked them questions about the food that they were ordering even before they could even ask when they were done ordering and paying she said "thank you your food will be right up" I immediately became angry because were was all that when we walked in and orderedOnce our food came out she sat it on the counter luckily I was paying attention and saw the food be placed thereI pulled the food out the bag and it was nothing like what the menu stated my Dad asked "this is the size that's $11 and she frowned her face up rolled her eyes and nodded her head and say UUUGGGHHH YES IT IS! that enraged me even more because she didnt have to answer my elderly handicapped Dad like that.Nonetheless I will NEVER refer anyone to eat here nor spend another RED penny in that placeAlso not to mention THE PLACE WAS FREEZING!!!!!!!!! She said that there wasn't any heat on because it wasnt working (on a day where is freezing outside and the temp was around 20 degrees.DONT GO HERE!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my favorite Chinese place for many years, but unfortunately it gone really downhill. Halfway through a container of chicken fried rice and I've seen 2 peas, 6 small carrots, and 2 onions. The crab rangoon is inedible. It tastes like watered down cream cheese and I had to trash them. I was suprised to see a Chinese restaurant so dead on Christmas, but now I know why.

Food was soggy. Crab Rangoon were chewy (that's a first for me). Broccoli was floppy and overcooked, no crunch at all. Shrimp was over battered and sauce looked like mayo/tasted like mayo with powdered sugar. Not at all what I expected. Staff was friendly, but I Won't be back.

Decent quality food, ~$9.00 Lunch special leaves a little bit to be desired in terms of quantity. Not your typical spot that jam packs the Styrofoam container. Place your order over the phone to avoid online fees.

My first time order food from them & the food was fresh, hot & to my satisfaction! I was pleased! The combination fried rice could use just a lil work on flavor & more ingredients but; The chicken nuggets were delicious! They remind me of McDonald’s nuggets but better;I was impressed!

Ok so I placed an order from Postmates and I didn’t receive my fried chicken wings or jumbo shrimp and this platter cost $14!!! Then I ordered fried dumplings which were a tad on the burnt side and my sauce was spilled over everything!!!

Their website does not work. Just a heads up. So if you order it delivery from their sight it won’t show up, nor will they give you a call due to their faulty sight. I tipped online thinking it was going to the driver. As it is down the street, packed the kids in the car and made the trip. All of the charges that were added for delivery and service charge were not refunded. I pointed it out, but “there is nothing I can do about it”. There is something you can do about it, take down your website, or make sure that you cannot order from the website, or refund an individual for the money that was inappropriately acquired. Sorry, but you have lost my business. Chicken fried rice is good

Friendly staff, great food at a great price. If you're looking for that 'local' Chinese food place that's affordable and tasty, this is the place.

Very nice, smiles and courteous but the food is horrible. One of the three patrons didn't even eat their meal. Sweet & Sour soup was extremely gelatinous and had no flavor, Crab Rangoon was chewy and just cream cheese, Lo-Mein was overcooked and bland. The Orange Chicken was merely soggy popcorn chicken and bland and the sauce was watery.I can't speak for the other entree, but nothing was finished nor kept.3 entrees, two soups and two appetizers.. a waste of $67.

Used to order from them all the time but lately the food has become worse and worse. Got the food today and it was was horrible. Called and first representative was rude and horrible told me the manager would call. Female manager called and basically said you’re problem. Not going to order egg foo young or mixed vegetables. Actually lost costumer forever for being so rude. If they had offered to replace even the hard rice I would have reconsidered but no so they can keep this nonsense. Too many great places to eat deal with this.

I have never had a bad experience here and it's been my go to for awhile. The cashier is always pleasant, and I'm pleased with the taste and the portions. I only came to the reviews because I wanted to find a picture of a dish I haven't tried.... I'm in awe by all the negativity but my experiences have been great and as a matter of fact I'm going there in a couple of hours :)

Frequent this restaurant on a occasion because of it proximity to my home. We have not been impressed the last few times and this will surely be our last. We placed our order over the phone with one of the rudest ladies we've ever spoken to. Picking up the food went okay, but when we got home we noticed are order was incomplete. The side of fried rice was missing. We immediately called to let them know they failed to include it. The first lady informed me I was wrong and said she'd get her manager. The manager asked me the same question 3x then finally told me to come pick it up. When we arrived, the ladies were very rude and tried to make it seem as if we were trying steal from them. One side of rice....lol, come on now!

I go here all the time. Several times a month. The owner is always very pleasant to me. Maybe others are getting back what they're giving out.The food is consistent and will appeal to a variety of palates. And there are plenty of sauces available to doctor it up if you're so inclined.People who destroy a business' reputation with your petty nonsense are pretty much a waste of skin. My humble opinion.I enjoy this restaurant for good tasting dinners all the time. Kind of tired of unreasonable hateful people giving their "expert" opinions about my neighborhood Chinese takeout which provides tasty and affordable meals with large portions. Time after time after time after time......Hint: get off your behind and pick up your food yourself at the restaurant. On time. Complaining about the delivery service on a restaurants review: pointless. (Get a clue.)
