The lady at the door checking receipts, Linda, is a hateful, rude woman. Not only was she rude she went through not just my bags but my purse. Reported her to the store and corporate. Another employee stopped me after I got outside and gave me her name and told me that she's rude to a lot of people. That employee apologized and for that reason I will go back but I will avoid that horrible woman.

Went to liberty sams tonight, I usually do self checkout but I had a case of beer in my cart so I decided to go to a cashier. So they take your cart in their side and take the items out to ring up and put back into your cart.. As we are leaving to meet the person near the door she goes over my recipe 3x and proceeds to tell me an item is missing. I'm like OK, did I forget it at the registered??! She goes on to say I forgot to check out a box of Ensure at the bottom of my cart.. No way!! Your cashier forgot to!! So now I'm irritated.. Just very bad customer service you need to be trained over.

On Sunday, 07/29/2018, you had two regular self check out lines open, about five "10 item or less" self checkout registers open, and 1 checkout person? And the lines at the two self check out lanes are getting long, and no one opens more? This is the third time the handheld scanner just stops working in the middle of ringing everything up. Put it back in the cradle does nothing. You have to stand there, wait, tell the people behind us that the scanner isnt working, they get more frustrated, and then about a minute later it magically starts working again. Also customers had to pull out empty boxes and place them on the floor to get to the next box behind it? I'm not sure what's going on with this store, but they need to revamp the management. It was a great store in 2017, but this year it has really been going down hill.

Today was very hot in Liberty. 95 to be exact!!! I don't normally take my dog with me but I had her with me today because she is still a puppy and needed to get some of her shots. Me and my daughter decided to go to Walmart and we also needed to go to Sams to get a few things. Walmart was great with the puppy but the greeter at Sams was a complete b***** She yelled at me and my daughter, yelled for a manager, she tried to physically stop me from going in the store!! Mind you, I don't have a German Shepherd or anything!! I have a barely 6lbs. yorkie!!! And I was carrying her in my arms!! I understand policy but yelling and physically trying to stop a person over a little bitty dog is crazy!!
