as a vegetarian, the Linwood location is one of the only fast food places in KC that i am fiercely loyal to! i’ve never had a meal from here that wasn’t exceptional and the owner and staff are always friendly. :) the falafel wraps and the falafel bowl are both super delicious and the portions are always great for what they charge. shawarmar is an awesome spot for vegetarians, vegans, and omnivores.

Vegetarian options: Amazing falafel and great portions!

A Drive thru doesn't have much atmosphere but the food and service made up for it.

Parking: The drive thru lets out at the street. Road construction was making navigating a pain. I ended up eating the shawarma deluxe wrap in the Taco Bell parking lot next door. I don't feel bad about that. ;-) I go to Taco Bell enough. :-D

I got a chicken shawarma wrap, lentil soup, and baklava. All were delicious. The wrap was perfectly spiced, and the blend of textures (the crunch of the pickle, the creaminess of the sauce) was incredibly satisfying. The lentil soup was wonderful. I will go back to try more of their dishes!
